I know it sounds dumb
and childish to say,
but I am saying to you,
take your ball, go away.
You are not liked around here
and no one will play.
You're a wretch of a man

They still live amongst the crowd,
speaking of fears; being quite loud.
Peaceful protests, at what cost
of property destruction; merchandise lost.
Attacking the Police, isn't the way.
Tear gas them; now pepper spray.
Pushing back; flashbang noise,
move out now, girls and boys.
Is this the way to negotiate
with out love and only hate?

A new lesson in writing,
about the words in my mind,
concerning a man who is unkind.
His weakness, is easy to see
for his spine is of jelly.
I do not understand He;
Start up the Economy,
do it right now,
caring not about protocol,
or if his idea was sound.
He wants a second term,
That is his vow.
Not happening here,
we must disavow,
as the virus moves closer
toward the fate of this land
and the continuing disaster
of not having a Plan.

Loyalty to another
is an admirable trait.
Disloyalty to another
is something to berate.
Blind loyalty to another
is something to hate.
Putting all your trust,
no matter the fate,
as if there's a hunger
you can not satiate.
The trusting of someone
who cheats and lies,
is the first step on the
path to your demise.
Trust not the Charlatan.
He is not a man
but a scourge to this country,
a man without a plan.

When you try to be clever,
like you often do,
the results can be fatal,
because of you.
Your failure to take action,
for months on an end.
Happened on your watch.
Is this too deep a subject
for you to put in your steeple?
Turn the action over now
to the Medical People,
now, before you "bunch up" your shorts.
Take action with a plan or just Abort.

FALLS CITY, ORE. — A few hundred feet past this Oregon timber town, a curtain of Douglas fir trees opens to an expanse of skinny stumps.

There is no wrong.
Everything is right.
You tell many lies,
every night.
Back to work,
you say to all,
in spite of our
not having a protocol.
More positive cases,
for many more,
while some races;
old and poor
who sicken and die,
while you keep score.
Success is ours.
We've heard that before.
Stop with the lies.
All our ears
are very sore.
Get thee gone from here.
We say this to you,
for in November
I intend to vote Blue

I lie in my bed.
The morning is dark,
what I thought was a dream,
is a nightmare instead.
What happens to all
when a leader needs to be led?
Back into the light,
by making a plan,
to fight the demon virus
the second scourge in this land.
Take action now, before it's too late.
Bring forth your courage
before the virus seals our fate.
