The sound of the wind,
roars in my ears.
The breaking of branches,
heightens my fears.

A storm at this moment,
is not all right.
for I need you now
to hold me tight.

The light flickers
off and then on.
Is this a sign that
you are now gone?

I hope and I pray
this is not the case,
but life's disappointment
slaps me in the face.

Don't presume the accolades
of today,
will keep tomorrow's criticism
at bay.

My mind is dead.
I know not what to write.
Write of things beautiful and true,
look for joy, day and night.

When actions are
hard to predict.
When thoughts run rampant,
without control.
When dreams have left,
gone now astray.
Let not the truth,
become a run away.

When resting in this
World, less bright,
repeat your actions,
and make things right.

Into the blue
the rocket roared,
spewing fuel,
the missile soared.

Into space,
destination unknown,
on a journey,
far, far from home.

Trust in God,
I've been told.
Hearing this
has gotten old.

If God shuts a door,
He opens a window.
What kind of blind faith
is that? Not what I know.

If it sounds like,
my faith I've lost,
it's a risk I take,
She has paid the cost.

From blue to red,
he said to me. "It's
where I plan,
not to be.

I know when things,
are not all right
and must adjust
to our eyesight.

Let me see,
the way you are,
still afoot and
can't afford a car.

When flowers bend
with wind, slight,
sunlight precedes
oncoming night.

Winds will blow,
tree limbs shake,
for beauty is now,
when I'm awake.

Far below, the surface live,
resides a being, inside
our body, coming from I know
not where it will reside.

When the time comes to
find the unexplained source,
a finding will be printed,
for it is important. Of course.

Do not be alarmed if you find
there is something bothering you
for may be the great equalizer
which we will pursue.

If you are afraid, or express doubt
you will find something new,
a newer, remodeled version
of the same as always you.

Deep in the forest,
where the Sun doesn't shine
Is a secluded retreat,
some say is divine.

Among the tall ferns
which blanket the Glen,
providing covers for all,
including those, back then.

Of all the days,
which have passed us by,
the one which stays,
with me the most,
are those when we,
laughed and played,
holding each other,
until the end of the day.
