Article

I read an article that said to set aside a time for the words in our head.
That will allow one to create, the long string of words and then you
could relate, those words down to paper or put on a tape.
The danger, she said, was without a special time you would lose
that ability to write the words that bring tranquility.
Is she right? I don't know. Time will tell, is what I say,
so we or I will start counting today.
I appreciate all of the likes or comments as it prompts me to write.

Walking

Walking on the far side of sanity,
When you are on the edge
Or rim of mental confusion.
Pay attention, as your body may be
Telling your brain to "Listen Up",
For there could be trouble brewing.
No threats, just a simple physical response.
Nervous tic? You never know.
Action is needed to remove or lessen
The stress and emotional state.
Beware my friends, before it's too late.

The Road

The road to that old miserable town
Is littered with all the shattered pieces,
Of broken hearts.
A love is lost; a friend passes
And again we say that all
The time in the World, matters not
For we are a frailness in this universe
That will not matter in the life
Of hate and division.
Leave us be, you most miserable wretch
For we need not your pettiness
Or hate of others.

Where or why?
To say goodbye
Or say when
Do we begin?
What or who.
Must not do,
There or then,
Instead of when.
Say or tell,
I will try
And, or, but
Is an out,
Not one here.
Are they or them,
Was, I an am,
How or hear,
Can surely endear
Near of far,
And if, now are.
My mind is full
Of words, that
May or not
Work for you
Or for me.
Am I
Going crazy?

Get Out

Get out! Get out! Get away from here
You are attacking the one I hold dear.
The basic habits she has done before
Are slowly, so slowly, not there any more.
Simple tasks, that are done, day after day
Have escaped her mind and gone away.
I'm sorry to say and do with a sigh,
This is the first time I have seen her cry.
I can't imagine what it is like for she
What this disease has done for her memory.
