What Value

What value do we place on human Life?
Not much, when you think about those
in the Ukraine or on our Southern border.
Human indignities, are not strangers to
us. Yet we continue to not take care of
those, citizens or not, who are homeless, for what
ever reason or excuse.
Is that what our humanity has become,
"Do unto others, before they do it to you?"
We say, "Trust in God", yet here we are,
in these squalid parts of the World abusing
others. Tell me please, why does a Just God
allow this to continue?
