Why Do I Worry

Why do I worry,
for others, like you,
when I see verbal abuse,
of you and the work you do?

There are some people,
I shan't name any too,
who are rude, inconsiderate,
often yelling at you.

You don't get paid enough,
to take any abuse.
Management, should step in.
There should not be any excuse.

As residents, you pay money,
to be cared for, too,
this doesn't excuse rudeness,
to those waiting on you.

It's suggested you grow up,
change your ways or move.
Those working here do it
for money but also love.
