I will be candid.
I think I'm losing control,
of my positive attitude,
now words of hyperbole.

The facade I'm playing,
is starting to get lame,
as I go a year,
playing this stupid game.

I feel a need to return,
to our primal shore.
The thoughts of Sea birds,
tempts me to make a tour.

I love the ocean and its smell
for it takes me to a primal shore
where sea spray and seagulls cry,
I need food that's why I fly.

Walking in the wet sand,
until my feet are sore.
The sea smell, I love
and still adore.

What more to ask,
then to be free
and explore the beach
of the ocean Sea.

I dread to think,
this is my last hurrah,
but understand life's new task,
without showing a flaw.

When that happens,
on the evening tide,
I now admit,
it's been a wonderful ride.

There was nothing,
nada, nought.
We should have sold,
instead, we bought.

Into every life,
some rain may fall.
The words are some,
not everything or all.

My veneer of bravado,
is wearing thin.
Uncertainty, at this time, of
the predicament I'm in.

It's great to put up,
a strong visual show,
but when it falters,
there is no place else to go.

Why pretend,
everything is, OK?
Its so others see you,
in they're own unique way.

She was a long, tall woman,
in a black dress,
when I saw her enter the room.
A vision of loveliness, no hint
of impending doom.

She talked to me at length, saying,
"I don't mean you any harm,'
then grabbed me by hand,
which was on my left arm.

"Come with me, my friend,"
is what she said to me.
"You may have all the pleasure,
and to you it is free."

I won't disappoint about my ,
having a wonderful time.
when, I awoke, from my reverie,
of this dream and it was all fine.

NASA Astronomy Picture of the Day:

The Moon's south pole is toward the top left of this detailed telescopic moonscape. Captured on August 23, it looks across the rugged southern lunar highlands. The view's foreshortened perspective heightens the impression of a dense field of craters and makes the craters themselves appear more oval shaped close to the lunar limb. Prominent near center is 114 kilometer diameter crater Moretus. Moretus is young for a large lunar crater and features terraced inner walls and a 2.1 kilometer high, central peak, similar in appearance to the more northerly young crater Tycho. Mountains visible along the lunar limb at the top can rise about 6 kilometers or so above the surrounding terrain. Close to the lunar south pole, permanently shadowed crater floors with expected reservoirs of water-ice have made the rugged south polar region of the Moon a popular target for exploration.

Such a great pleasure,
it was for me,
to see you again.
It brought back a memory.

I fairly recall,
our many meetings,
when we said hello,
and voiced our greetings.

I reflect, back,
to that time,
at this moment,
the meeting was devine.

You set the tone,
for my whole day,
strengthening my mood,
helping me on my way.

Wading through,
the cold, cold creek.
My body strong,
my courage weak.

Why am I here,
in the water high,
trying to fish with,
a Royal Coachman fly?

I've always fished,
using live bait,
but wanted to fly fish.
I need patience and wait,

until the elusive fish,
tries to sample my fly.
I'll set the hook,
in the blink of an eye.

Wind blowing cold,
sky growing dark,
branches trembling,
'twas sounding stark.

A long way to go,
to find my home.
I shouldn't have stayed late,
when I should have gone home.

No place to walk,
the sky was pitch black.
I've lost my way,
I've lost track,

of where I was going.
Not a good sign,
when your memory,
is in a decline.

It's early in the morning,
the end of summer's fling.
It will soon be the Equinox,
as Autumn begins its thing.

The 21st or 23rd of September,
is forecast for that to go.
and we will soon have,
a beautiful, Autumn show.

Leaves will turn from,
motley green and brown,
to burst of red and yellows,
as they fall down on the ground.
