Walking down the Primrose path,
towards the end of day,
when you realize and understand,
this beautiful setting will go away.

Judge me not,
for whom you think I be,
as I am just a man,
who desires to be free.

Free from all aspersions,
of what people expect of me,
when no one knows
about my life, except me.

I don't mean to whine,
although it does sound like me.
Leave me alone. I'll be OK,
after God sets me free.

A melodic change
of events occurred,
when the songs,
of a bird were heard.

Heard by everyone.
one and all,
mostly in the spring,
but now in the fall.

Such a sound,
I will always hear,
when in the yard
and the birds were near.

Poses the dark cloud,
well above his head.
He thought he was awake,
yet he's still in bed.

What is your agenda today,
was asked and said?
Why I intend to keep,
staying in my bed.

My mind goes in circles,
is always my dread.
I have less chance of falling,
when I stay in my bed.

Falling is a no, no,
it is often said,
for when you fall,
you may hit your head.

Too many bruises,
you see often, instead,
when you trip and stumble,
on your way to your bed.

The wind, swirling,
in bursts, small,
blowing rain sideways,
while wetting all.

How strange the weather,
it will bring,
with melodic sounds,
I want to sing.

Sing about love,
and a broken heart,
where a disease,
kept us apart.

Do you miss
her sweet smile,
and flashing eyes,
which would beguile?

Into the ground,
he drove the stake,
hoping to never see,
the end of the sunbreak.

Why do we worry,
when all things are free?
Is it because of another time,
for you to see what you expect to see?

I liken this disease,
as a mystery one.
A very slow process,
then, Oh! Oh! you're done.

No more tomorrows,
after today.
Excuse me sir,
Say what. What did you say?

Do not make judgement calls,
when you don't know,
what's going on,
in this world, one step beyond.

NASA Astronomy Picture of the Day:

Ringed ice giant Neptune lies near the center of this sharp near-infrared image from the James Webb Space Telescope. The dim and distant world is the farthest planet from the Sun, about 30 times farther away than planet Earth. But in the stunning Webb view, the planet's dark and ghostly appearance is due to atmospheric methane that absorbs infrared light. High altitude clouds that reach above most of Neptune's absorbing methane easily stand out in the image though. Coated with frozen nitrogen, Neptune's largest moon Triton is brighter than Neptune in reflected sunlight, seen at the upper left sporting the Webb telescope's characteristic diffraction spikes. Including Triton, seven of Neptune's 14 known moons can be identified in the field of view. Neptune's faint rings are striking in this space-based planetary portrait. Details of the complex ring system are seen here for the first time since Neptune was visited by the Voyager 2 spacecraft in August 1989.

NASA Astronomy Picture of the Day:

About 70,000 light-years across, NGC 247 is a spiral galaxy smaller than our Milky Way. Measured to be only 11 million light-years distant it is nearby though. Tilted nearly edge-on as seen from our perspective, it dominates this telescopic field of view toward the southern constellation Cetus. The pronounced void on one side of the galaxy's disk recalls for some its popular name, the Needle's Eye galaxy. Many background galaxies are visible in this sharp galaxy portrait, including the remarkable string of four galaxies just below and left of NGC 247 known as Burbidge's Chain. Burbidge's Chain galaxies are about 300 million light-years distant. NGC 247 itself is part of the Sculptor Group of galaxies along with shiny spiral NGC 253.
