My heart is broken,
I cannot weep,
for I must get,
a good night's sleep.

I write these words,
of meaningless trite,
as I lack talent,
it's what I write.

A strange sound,
addled my brain.
My ears ringing,
I heard this refrain.

Stop the noise,
I heard someone sing,
those bells are paper,
they won't ring.

Someday, in the morning,
when the sky is still grey,
Death will come calling,
taking someone away.

Life is quite short, in this scene,
it isn't forever, we can live here,
for when the road ends,
all memories, will disappear.

I reflect on love,
what does it mean?
Can we love others,
more than one?

Is that being fickle?
I don't know,
but loving all,
my feelings will show.

Is it wrong to say,
I love you.
Is it wrong to care,
for another, who,

brings forth,
much joy to you?
What harm are words,
saying you love me too.

The Dream Catcher, awaits,
he's searching for thee.
He wants your past dreams
and dreams yet to be.

You may run, quickly,
trying hard to get away,
but your trapped in the past.
There is no more to say.

Admonish me not,
for feeling this way,
if you don't love me,
I'll just go away.

The wayward son.
Let me explain,
happiness from before,
with a paramount swain.

Sunshine and shadow,
understanding the twain,
if I tell you about
my friend, old what's his name.

Finding peace,
within my being,
is my desire,
but I'm not seeing.

A happy completion,
of my quest,
to another place,
I may love best.

In the land of the wicked,
can the saintly survive?
Pay close attention to detail,
your life, will be alive.

With opportunities, many,
of the Godless, we see,
will not understand,
how good life could be.

Lost and alone,
in life's wilderness.
Searching for you.
Where, I must guess,

Looking in every cranny,
even your hiding place.
My search continues looking
for your smiling face.

Look in the places,
above and beyond.
It is where,
she will be found.

Eye of the needle,
heft of the sword.
What is the meaning,
if love is only a word?

The news is out,
it made the scene.
Todays the day,
wearing the green.

I see you, afar,
suspense weighs supreme.
I will wake soon,
finding it was a dream.
