When the Sun slips
into the Western Sea,
will my true love
return to me?

These are questions,
I wish to know,
the answer may
come too slow,

I will make
one more call,
to resolve the issue,
once and for all.

What lot in life do wishes
which are filled with love,
have in our thoughts remaining
we may thank the one above.

Would I grant a wish
and change your life, a gift,
of love for you without
causing a rift.

For my love is lost on those,
no matter what you believe.
Life will change dramatically
when you start to grieve.

A glimpse of colors,
perhaps torn from a gown,
when I was looking
for clues and I found.

Some piece of material,
a part of a dress shoe,
captured my attention,
as I begin to pursue.

What could have happened,
to result in this, find?
I'll keep on searching,
for I need to know or remind

the others, on this team
about the need. What we must do.
Search extra hard,
to find evidence or a clue.

A precipitous journey,
strolling in the rain,
and meeting someone you love,
then you will suffer the pain.

Redo your life
by boarding Life's train.
Fall in love once more,
remembering memories again.

A commotion was heard,
as she strutted into the room,
followed by reporters,
and the scent of perfume.

She was middleaged,
dressed to the nines,
in her designer jeans,
and jewelry, which shines.

She was like a Star,
bursting with light.
The look in her eyes,
said she was ready to fight.

Don't you come close,
stay away from me,
stop bothering others.
Don't touch my family.

If you would like to talk,
do so directly to me,
for I will talk to you,
please let me be.

No matter the situation,
no matter what's right.
Do what is best.
If it's a fight, then fight.

Too many fools
are here, with us now.
I am one and
I will show you how.

Act without thinking
or knowing the cause.
You will still know nothing,
and then you will pause.

Are you still my baby?
I don't know anymore,
if you are a creation
from a five and ten cent store.

Does this sound foolish?
I suppose it will,
but my mind is now,
well over the hill.

I have loved you only,
and you are friends with me.
I will love you forever,
it's the way it must be.

Come back tomorrow
with your sweet grin
and I will introduce you,
to the man you call Jim.

Blow cold the winds
which Winter brings.
Give love to all who
God gave wings.

Among the people of Memory Care,
words of idiocy may litter the air.
Questions are raised about a loved one,
yet, you know that person is gone.

I believe we knew each other,
so many lives ago. Another time,
another place in a different part
of the World.

I have always been comfortable
around you, even the first day
we met. I felt we had met before.
I don't belive we were married,
but were lovers and knew each
other well.

How many synapses, must there be
for us to have known one another?
Is this compassion which I feel,
when I know nothing about the
cause? Perhaps, it is just another
instance in this Life's pause.

Go forth to see and talk about the
memories you have for you may
find another, who feels the same way.

What a piece of luck,
that I was fortunate to see
a close encounter,
and sit next to thee.

Life can be
a game of chance.
Meeting someone
and then romance.

Not a choice in life
just a twist of fate,
when you arrived
at the party, too late.

Such is life,
more often than not,
for what I had
I no longer have got.
