I have lost track of the hours,
on my trek to the Sun
and will continue my journey,
alone; not together, just one.

Be still my heart,
the old man cried.
Bring forth the memories
I thought were gone.
Re-kindle this life,
with the dreams last.
Show the way. Escape the night,
past all the moon light rays.
Being all there is
the end of all days.

I wish that my mind
was like a gold laden mine
and I could be transported,
back in to the time,
where many old friends,
were still here to see
and exchange our greetings,
from here to all of thee.

Will you love me tomorrow,
when I've gone my way?
Or will I soon be forgotten,
all memories gone from here,
as the light in my Soul,
until the flame dies?

Be the light
not the darkness,
in this life we live.
There will be a tomorrow;
Another chance to succeed.

Sleep the sleep,
sleep like the dead.
Sleep until the ache
is gone from my head.

My love for you,
still glows in my heart,
although mentally,
we have grown apart.

Hello neighbors,
hello my friends.
Writing these words
not to make amends,
but to say, I appreciate you
for your response,
when my writing is crude.
I won't apologize for
the content I wrote,
for there are times,
when my mind was broke.
I write out the words,
I hear in my head,
there are some lively,
but many are dead,
from overuse ,by a hack,
very much like me.
I hope you understand
my writers disability.

Hearing the sound of your voice,
when you are close to me,
sparks the light within
as I recall our earlier we.

From the minds of others,
story links will flow,
based upon assumptions
and with a writers skill.
What captures your interest?
Read the words which they wrote
from imagination, or life experiences.
No matter the source, think
of the words, now trapped
in your head. Do you agree
with the words written or said?

When you do not decide
and sit on the fence,
is there a reason
or am I just dense"
Research the subject;
check out the facts;
make your decisions,
keeping logic on track.

The thought of you,
brings peace to my heart.
The way you were
when our love did start.
The warmth of your breath,
along the side of my cheek,
reminded me of the saying,
"Love is not for the weak."
