Have we parted ways,
without a fight?
My mood is darkness,
both day and night.

Is this it,
no more hellos.
No more buttons,
no more bows?

If my words,
have hurt you, too,
please let me know.

A late Spring wind,
blew the tree,
a whistling sound,
slightly off key.

Hot weather
now in sight,
soon to be
another sleepless night.

If you rode a white horse,
to Benberry Cross,
did you do it on purpose,
or were you lost?

I look,
I see,
a reflection,
of someone,
with old hair.
What stories,
that old head,
could tell.

The time draws nigh,
changes will soon occur,
as life moves on,
from chore to chore.

Time pours through,
porous glass,
no matter what,
time will still pass.

Having too much time,
on one's hands,
when boredom creeps in,
with the shifting sands.

Before The End,
attacks at night,
there is still time,
to stand and fight.

Fight for your rights.
to make choices
which affect your
life's happiness.

Rambling brambles,
Blackberries, too.
Stickers, a lot,
Scratches, a few.

Does the morning light,
breaking at dawn,
appear as sunbeams,
across the dewy lawn?

May I tell you,
how I feel,
when I'm around you?

My spirit will fly,
when you are near.
My heart beats faster.
I love your smile,
your brown eyes, too,
for you are the only one,
I will see.

All the pleasure,
I would give you,
makes my life,
a beautiful event.
What else is love,
a time of wonder,
when two souls,
connect in life,
and so, it goes.
I love you.

How fortunate, it is
to be loved,
by so many.
Not saying it's me,
but the feeling,
must be indescribable.

The path
was checkered,
as was
his past.

Why must you leave,
Why must you go?
You are the one,
I love you, so.

So little time,
to hold you once more.
Your smiling voice,
I do adore.

So many things,
so few days.
I am missing
the happy day ways.

The sound of laughter,
a ringing bell,
I will love you always,
and love you well.
