There He Was

There he was.
Hair down to his knees.
Not trying too hard,
for there's no one to please.
This poor soul,
needs grooming to ease,
the burden of grime,
so he can soon breathe.
A wonderful mutt,
when you cut off his hair,
realizing all the beauty,
found under there.
A beautiful dog comes into view.
A beautiful, male Shi Tzu.
