An Antelope, a Wildebeest (N)

An antelope, a wildebeest,
were living in the zoo.
They met one day,
with a new member, Gnu.

Discussion was frank,
about what they might do,
if they could find a way out
of their cages in the zoo.

Do you suppose, if we hide,
during the early morning sun,
the keepers would think we
had escaped and were on the run?

Like many a plan, made before,
this one had too many a flaw
and when the sun arose, they
were nabbed by the long arm of the law.
