I'll See You
• 06/14/22 at 09:37AM •I'll see you tomorrow,
no matter what I've said,
unless a strange message
explains I may be dead.
I'll see you tomorrow,
no matter what I've said,
unless a strange message
explains I may be dead.
Black is the night,
moonless the sky,
I search for you
and time goes by,
where are you now?
When did you go?
Will you return
to where you belong?
A mind is beautiful,
sad to lose memories,
when you cannot choose.
Burn the air brightly,
Let the bells ring,
for no one knows,
what tomorrow will bring.
Look for the music,
which will make
the World sing.
Beneath the Sea
of Burning Glass,
lived a man
with checkered past.
What say you,
old, troubled man?
You'll never be
this way again.
Bring your prayers
and high resolve,
to find those
who give a trust,
since they are,
'tis no doubt
for you know not,
what Life's about.
The Sun came out,
there was no rain.
At last some warmth,
to mar the pain,
of dragging the hose
and watering again.
.
The Devil has trodden on my soul.
Imparting thoughts, unworthy
of a place in God's world.
Why does this happen
when my intentions are to be
the best person, I possibly can,
while spending time with thee.
Thought are not immoral
only selfish desires by me
to be alone and unencombered
by my duty, caring for thee.
Tomorrow will come,
becoming Today
and soon it will be
a new yesterday.
How many days,
must pass us by,
before another
tomorrow is today?
I rode a small horse
to Banberry Cross.
I rode the horse gently,
I didn't need to rush.
Arriving at Olde Banberry Cross,
I began walking, to push
away all the people who
travelled to Banberry Cross.
Red was the dawn,
with yellows and orange,
predicting a weather change,
skyline burning bright.
I tried to walk
but couldn't see,
what was wrong.
What's happening to me?
Broken shards of glass?,
Angular pieces reflecting
Sunrays against a wall,
a kaleidoscope of
brilliant colors, creating
a pattern of flickering
light, as the wind
moves the glass.l
I lay with my head
on the pillow.
You are asleep.
I'm amazed by the
clarity of your skin,
sans wrinkles, which
is remarkable at this
late time of life.
A life cut short,
A life forlorn.
Wonder nought,
Why you've were born.
Fate is with you,
Your whole life thru.
How you live your life,
Depends upon you.
Take life's offerings
In a small sized bite
And luck will be
With you, day and night.
