Here we are,
November first,
awaiting the results
which will soon be
the election results
of November three.
Will the World be blue,
or some shade of red
and will remand, as it is,
but perhaps, instead,
we'll get back to making
this Country whole again,
by changing to a leader
who cares about others
and won't offer despair.
I hope it's the latter
for if it is not,
we'll all deserve this,
National rot.

Is it time to trip
the Light Fantastic
or shuffle off to Buffalo?
While it seems, in this campaign,
the use of smoke and mirrors
and untruthful innuendo invades
our daily lives, with promises
made and promises kept,
with no regards for others.
Racist remarks, from a individual
of questionable virtue. If re-elected,
what does that say about the moral
values of this country's citizens?
Vote Blue

He beats the drum slowly
to honor the dead.
A fact that is lodged firmly
inside his head.
The fear of the virus
and the death ahead,
you're complicit in the loss
from the way you led.

Go forth all of you of note.
Be assured and cast your vote.
Vote for who you trust the most,
The lord, our Savior and Holy Ghost

I saw the fear in your eyes.
You are not smart, not even wise.
Who in the World is your coach?
You cast aspersions, when you lie.
Don't be a "bully." Don't even try,
for your reputation has said Goodbye.

The night was darker
than a racists heart.
There was no love,
it was the start
of this great Nation
coming apart.
Here is a suggestion
just for you,
if you want a change
please Vote Blue.

It matters to me not
what is being said
for the last thing I'll do
Is NOT vote for red.

What an embarrassment,
you are so uncouth,
talking too loud
saying your untruth.

Melodic words; Nary a tune,
portray our lives,
in these days of gloom.
Come to the window,
look up at the Moon,
happier days may
be here quite soon.
Here's what to do,
when your receive your ballot
and you vote Blue.

The words flow slowly, down to the page.
My thoughts are now running with rage.
Who in the World do you think you are,
When you are contagious and ride in the car?
You exposed more people who served thee.
What a pompous ass you are to see.
Irresponsible should be your middle name.
Who are you going to try to now blame
For your illness and all the drugs
To treat those who have bugs.

A verse for you,
will you vote red
or will you vote Blue?

Poor decisions
have consequences,
for all,
including you,
Donald Trump.
