In the dark, early morning hours,
As I arise from my bed,
Life is such a wonderous moment,
As words, enter into my head.
I write them, so quickly now,
For if I don't, the words
Escape me, leaving without a sound,
As they fall, useless, to the ground.

The crazy things, that I see,
Have become, quite a puzzling mystery.
Things, that you knew well before,
Have left and are no more.

Thinking of you, but we have never met,
So knowing you not, I can't forget,
Things that could or may never be,
Part of a new life of history.

Watering the plants, in the morning light
While listening to music, is all right.
There is a peace of mind and serenity,
As I think of love's grand intensity.

From deep within, my saddened heart,
Comes a love, that wants no part
Of someone's loss, that's close to me,
It is the loss of love's memory.

Bend, not break, has been my rule,
Although, I have been, quite the fool,
Falling in love, is an easy chore,
Breaking up, is the one I abhor.

No matter, the sorrow
No matter, my lament,
No matter, the morrow,
No matter, my vent,,
No matter, if you,
Are heaven sent.
I pray to the Lord
Who shines, up above,
To grant me, his servant,
With your eternal love.

The weather's heat and now it's cold;
Flowers that did well are now old,
By curling up, to shrivel and die,
While nature's beauty, now says goodbye.

Where have you gone,
With your memory?
What happens now,
When you can't talk to me?

I do want you to be aware
Of this life, that we both share.
Views we see, aren't all the same,
I know you not, but I know your name..

Let us run away and keep running,
Until tomorrow,
For we know not, what God
Has planned for us
with love, joy or sorrow.

The field of flowers, row after row,
A beautiful setting, adds to the glow,
Bringing contrast to, the darkness of ground,
In tranquil surroundings, with nary a sound.
Relaxing to look at, serenity at play,
A wonderful start, to a wonderful day.
