This day of sadness, is bringing forth,
Mixed emotions, of love, pain and sorrow,
For the loss of a loved one,
Who will not be seeing, another tomorrow.
The loss is full of grief and sadness,
With prayers to all, who must remain,
To carry on today and another morrow.
My prayers for you, now must begin,
My heart is broken, for your loss.
