I Feel Broken

I feel broken.
My spirits were good.
My wife's wound is getting better,
I have been told.

I have been called a "Loner", in the past,
I suspect that is my tendency.
What I am feeling now,
is an extreme loss,
I've never felt it before.

There are people, I can talk to
and I frequently do.
I cannot describe this feeling.
I wish I could.
