Join the Stanwood and Camano Chambers of Commerce for the February Joint Chamber Meeting. This meeting will be held at the Stanwood Camano YMCA on Thursday, February 21st, 2019 at 11:30 am. This meeting will focus on health and wellness. The YMCA Wellness Department will be discussing "Readiness to Change" as well as what regular physical activity actually does for the body. They will also give tips on how to incorporate physical activity even while working a desk job. Come learn and discuss all of the different opportunities the YMCA has to offer our community. Also joining this luncheon will be Dr. Ray Pope, from Pope Chiropractic. Lunch will be provided by Island Girls Catering. Tickets are $15 per person. Don't miss this opportunity to get involved in your community!
