On April 21, the Y will celebrate Healthy Kids Day, our free national initiative to improve the health and well-being of kids.Healthy

Kids Day is a chance each year to celebrate fun and family while
learning lifelong skills for health. This is a day for kids and families
to try new, exciting ways to be active and inspire imaginations.This year, look forward to:· Free t-shirts for the first 100 kids· Exciting programs demos from Y Camp and Y Sports!· Tons of new ways of active play· Free snacks and healthy eating demos

Join your Y for a day of activities, games, and fun for the whole family!
Plus, families that attend Healthy Kids Day can join the Y with no
joining fee!

As the sun begins to set on the evening sky, the One World Lantern Festival begins to shine as the lanterns are launched onto the water. Watch your unique lantern drift out into the water as it joins other lanterns carrying hope, love, happiness, healing, peace, and connection. It’s a night that you’ll never forget.

You're Invited to Choose Your Adventure: Trails, Rivers & the North Cascades 50th!

2018 marks the 50th birthday for North Cascades National Park, the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act, and the National Trails System Act. To celebrate these milestones, the National Parks Conservation Association is teaming up with over 20 different conservation, recreation and business groups to celebrate our parks, rivers, and trails.

The event will feature a variety of program elements, including inspirational speakers, authors, scientists, national park rangers,
films, food trucks, beer, family activities, artists, storytelling, music, and more!

No Cover to attend, Live Music $5 Wine, $5 Beer, $5 Featured cocktail, $10 Deli Buffet, Raffle Prizes & More

All wine, beer, and prize item proceeds will go directly for our program participants. It will support and pay for job training, certification classes, assistive technology and additional ways to promote job success

Cheers for Careers is put on by Neurological Vocational Services - an organization that is dedicated to helping people with neurological conditions gain independence one person, one job at a time
