Your Interests About

The crying of a Seagull;
The musty smell of the Sea
Creates a picture, in my mind
Of Beauty, sea spray and tranquility.

What a tenacious flower you are.
Haven't planted any new for 3 years.
Volunteers do appear.
Some early in the Spring
Some just three days ago.
You are always welcome in the garden.

"What comes next?", she said to me.
"For I must leave this place of We
to go to a home, that I know will be,
a place where they will take care of me."

She knows me but not my name,
though in her mind, still does remain
the sweet person that she used to be.
Please dear God, let her remain with me.

A beautiful leaf, found this Fall,
That I like best of all.
One that is nice to see,
Is from a Japanese Maple Tree.

Unshackle my mind,
please set it free,
to release all these words,
stuck inside of me.
These words that I hear
and will often mutter,
are mostly clear;
said without a stutter.
Where are they now,
I would like to know?
Please tell me when
so that I can soon go
to another place, lost in my mind
where others aren't treated unkind.

The Ocean sounds
I like the most
Are the ones I hear
On the Oregon Coast.
The view, just out of reach
Is seen at Cannon Beach.

Down in the meadow, under the tree
Is the place that love first came to me.
A sheltered spot, staying cool in the Sun,
When my true love and I became one.
My love for you is strong as can be
As I will always take care of thee.

Camano Island, Washington

My niece was walking on Queen Anne Hill and took this snap of the beauty of a misty morning with her phone.

Out shopping with my wife Dear
when I espied this beauty
that had popped from, the green near.
The picture was snapped for thee
to enjoy this view of growth, new
in this late October, picture for you.
