Get your friends and family off the couch and in the mud! Train for obstacle course racing with a YMCA personal trainer! The program includes: strengthening your anaerobic system to execute short bursts of strength and power, improving your muscular endurance for less entire body fatigue, taking body composition measurements at the start and end of the program, and learning about nutritional guidelines. This program is six weeks of obstacle course cross training with two trainings per week. Each training session is designed to challenge and prepare you for anything in an obstacle race. There is a $100 fee per person to join this awesome training group!
