Build and maintain your strength, flexibility, agility, coordination, and balance to help in aging successfully and remain independent for decades to come! Although this class is designed for "baby boomer" aged participants, this class is open and perfect for anyone ages18 and over! This class will be taught in a small group personal training format led by personal trainer, Jenn Eddleman.
