I'll love you forever,
Forever and a day.
I'll promise you never,
Never to stray,
Away from you.

Days and months, pass by my door.
They will never be seen, here again
And become the memories, that we adore,
For as we age, the thoughts remain,
Stuck in the corners of our brain,
As we recall our days of yore.

Inside of me, is love and devotion,
It seems to be, my prime emotion.
I know not why, I'm this way,
When the only words, I can say,
Are "I love you" so please stay
With me until the sunrise comes tomorrow,
It's the way to keep from sorrow.

Talk not of sadness, to me.
Only mention goodness, for I see,
That my intent is to not only
Be happy, but never be alone.

Worry not, my little one,
Worry not, of the morrow,
For us and Lord above,
There is time for sorrow.

Let us talk, of love and friends,
The ones, that do not require amends.
The friends, that worry about your wife,
The ones, who know about your life.
My friends are, of the caring kind,
And the best help, for my mind.
Thank you friends, for thoughts so dear,
I am lucky to have you near.

My mind is working at a fevered pitch.
I tell you, life's just a bitch.

I won't whine or beg, not I.
I will plod along, until it's goodbye.

When life, that was once so grand,
Is no longer the life we planned,
Then we must, now stop and reflect
And say prayers, so we can genuflect
While praying to the great Lord above,
To save us all, by staying in love.
