Goose Ridge Winery in Woodinvillle requested Geese paintings in winter. Please stop by and enjoy their wine and art show. More of my work is available at www.annewatersart.com.

What a waste,
life can be,
for those suffering,
a lost mentality.
Thoughts, years ago,
now beckon me.
The loved one,
that I see,
very soon will
not remember me.

There is this light,
deep inside of me,
that's burning so bright
and makes me see,
beauty in our life,
that will last eternally,
for that, was asked of we.

Love is, where it is at.
Be it person, dog or cat.
It is better, loving something small
then not loving, anything at all.

No matter the reason,
No matter my lament,
It's good to know,
there's no emotional rent.
