Brewfest on the Skagit!

Head to the 16th annual BrewFest on the Skagit, the Skagit's longest running Craft Brew Festival on Saturday, August 11th from 4:00 to 9:00 pm at Skagit Riverwalk Park in downtown Mount Vernon. This event will feature dozens of local craft brews, three of the regions most popular bands, leisure games, and local food trucks along with live music! This event has everything you’ll need for a perfect summer day!

Ladies, are you looking for a fun night out with friends!? 

You are invited to women's bunco at Marysville Foursquare Church on the first Saturday of each month at 6:00 pm! oin us for the 1st This event is loaded with fun, laughter and a friendly game of bunco! 

Don't know how to play? No worries, it's easy to learn!

Cost is $5 at the door. Bring an appetizer or dessert to share and be sure to tell your family and friends! (14+ and older please.)

The Skagit County Master Composter/Recycler Program offers free workshops throughout spring and fall. 

Learn to turn yard and garden debris, even kitchen food scraps, into rich, soil amending compost for your lawn and garden. Compost helps break up clay soils, drain and retain water, and feed your soils naturally over the long term. Troubleshooting questions welcome!

Meet in the main outdoor pavilion at the WSU Discovery Garden. All clinics are FREE and open to the public. Clinics will be held rain or shine, so bring your gardening attire and dress for the weather!
