We're a non profit community festival who's mission is to provide a community driven event that is both informative and entertaining that celebrates the spring migration of birds and the natural resources of South Tillamook County. The events of the festival will provide educational, cultural, recreational and economic opportunities to the residents and businesses of Pacific City and attract visitors of all ages and skill levels.
