Note: Filband is a mountain village located approximately 7700 feet (2,350 meters) above sea level in the northern reaches of Iran, amidst the Alborz Mountain Range. Filband's altitude offers a unique natural phenomenon of a vast ocean of clouds that often envelops the village.
