The Healing Movement Project at the Camano Schoolhouse, aims to create a safe supportive community for you to honor your healthy body, mind and spirit, by exploring physical movement like yoga, tai chi, rhythmic dance, awareness practices like meditation, mantra, journal, imagery, breathing, and general holistic health concepts like better sleep, stress reduction, food choices and positive socialization.
These activities and the sense of community you will build during your time will support your ability to create awareness around your personal health and wholeness.
The positive energy of the Camano Schoolhouse is the perfect place to learn together, grow and honor all that you are!
What to expect: Each supported 75 minute class consists of: opening healing circle, movement (yoga/tai chi/ rhythmic dance etc.), awareness/meditation practice, or holistic health education topic, and a closing healing circle.
When: Tuesday evenings beginning July 9th and ending August 13th. Classes are from 6:00-7:15 pm.
These classes are open to adults of all genders and all people 18 or older.
Cost is $60 for 6 -75 minute sessions.
What to bring: Yoga mat, comfortable clothing, coffee or tea mug, water, and an open mind!
