Kudos Prizes
Kudos 365 not only helps you save money and win great prizes but also gives back to the community. You are automatically entered into the Kudos prize drawing every day you are active in your account and each time a person referred by you signs-up as a new member. Also, with some prizes, if your referred member wins you also win.
When you share Kudos via Facebook, Twitter, and email, you are entered into the current prize drawings. The more people that sign up through your link, the more chances you have to win the Kudos prize! It’s that easy, so don’t wait!
Terms & Conditions for Prizes
The Kudos 365 Drawing for Member Prizes is governed by the following rules:
- There is no purchase required to enter the drawing.
- You enter the drawing by earning points. You receive one entry per point.
- You earn a point when you join Kudos.
- You earn a point each time a person referred by you signs-up as a new member.
- You earn a point every time you log into your account. Maximum of one point per day.
- Each Kudos point is valid for 90 days.
- In order to be the referrer for a new member you must use your referral link. You can find your referral link in "Your Account."
- Prize winners will be sent an email to the email address in their Kudos account within 7 days of the drawing. Winner is solely responsible for receiving the email and following instructions to receive the Kudos Prize.
- Prize winners will have 14 days to claim their prize from the time the email is sent, unless otherwise indicated in the specific price rules and redemption instructions. Any prizes not collected within the specified time will be forfeited.
- A member cannot win more than one prize per month.
- Kudos employees, contractors and their immediate family members are not eligible for Kudos Prize Drawings.
- Unless specifically stated prizes have no cash value and cannot be substituted.
- Some prizes may have specific terms and conditions or redemption rules different from these General Terms and Conditions.
- Kudos reserves all the rights to interpret, change the rules or stop the prize drawing at any time.
The Kudos 365 Drawing for Organizations is governed by the following additional rules:
- Kudos will draw a name from our member pool with active entry points as defined above and award the Kudos Organization Prize to the chosen member’s organization.
- If more than one organization is supported by the chosen member the cash prize will be divided equally among the supported organizations.
- An organization cannot win consecutive prizes. If the member supports an organization which has won the previous cash prize, the prize will be awarded to another organization supported by that member. If no other organization is supported by that member, then another member name will be selected.
