Kudos 365 provides you with a fun and free way to win prizes. Earn entries automatically by checking-in at businesses, sharing rewards and referring new members. The more entries you have the more chances you have to win.
When you share Kudos via Facebook, Twitter, and email, you are entered into the current prize drawings. The more people that sign up through your link, the more chances you have to win the Kudos prize! It’s that easy, so don’t wait!
Terms & Conditions for Kudos 365 Prize Drawings
The Kudos 365 Drawing for Member Prizes is governed by the following rules in addition to our Site Use Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy:
- There is no purchase required to enter the drawing.
- Each entry into a drawing is one chance to win.
- You earn one entry for each check-in at a Kudos 365 business.
- You receive one entry when you join Kudos 365.
- You earn an entry each time a person referred by you signs-up as a new member.
- You earn an entry when you share a reward that is redeemed.
- Each entry is valid for 90 days.
- In order to be the referrer for a new member you must use your referral link. You can find your referral link in "Your Account."
- In order to share a reward you must use the links provided within Kudos 365 to share via Facebook, twitter or email.
- Kudos 365 Drawing Prize winners will be notified on their Kudos 365 account page. Kudos does not email, call or otherwise notify the winner. Winner is solely responsible for checking the their Kudos 365 page and following instructions to receive their Prize.
- Prize winners will have 30 days to claim their prize from the time it is posted on their Kudos 365 page, unless otherwise indicated in the specific prize rules and redemption instructions. Any prizes not collected within the specified time will be forfeited.
- A member cannot win more than one Kudos 365 prize per month.
- Kudos 365 employees, contractors and their immediate family members are not eligible for Kudos 365 Prize Drawings.
- Unless specifically stated prizes have no cash value and cannot be substituted.
- Some prizes may have specific terms and conditions or redemption rules different from these general Terms and Conditions.
- Kudos 365 reserves all the rights to interpret, change the rules or stop the prize drawing at any time.
- Kudos 365 randomly draws the names of winners.
- Not all prizes are presented or available in all areas of the country.
- Winner must be a resident of the United States of America.
- Winner must comply with all other terms and conditions of use of Kudos 365.
