The City of Stanwood offers a FREE annual garbage day called CLEAN SWEEP to help citizens with their spring clean-up. Clean Sweep is open to residents living within Stanwood city limits. To participate, simply present the flyer that was mailed to you or your Stanwood water/sewer invoice and ID to verify address.
