Register your child (grades 4th and 5th) for a youth running club that is hosted by Road Runners Club of America. Their mission is to see a youth running club in every school and community in the United States! Each meeting your child attends will start with a short discussion regarding health and fitness followed by a run. They will teach your child proper form, running etiquette, stretching, warming up and cooling down. Each time they will out on the trails and fields of the community parks. These dates are all RAIN OR SHINE, so dress your child for the elements! This is a great way for your child to meet friends and enjoy a HEALTHY and FUN hobby!
