Join Gamers for Good and help Oregon Food Bank in their mission to eliminate hunger and its root causes. Unpack and sort donated food destined for agencies that directly serve low income people in Oregon. Your presence makes a huge difference, and, it’s a lot of fun! Please wear closed-toed, closed-heeled shoes, and clothing you wouldn’t mind getting just a little dirty.

Volunteers must be 6 years of age or older to attend this project; any volunteer under age 16 must attend with a parent or adult chaperone.

All volunteers under 18 are required to bring the Oregon Food Bank waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian.

Join us every 1st Friday of the month for a happy hour playdate at Level Beer! We will meet in the covered patio near the kids corner.

Our playdates are a free, casual opportunity to get together with other local parents and caregivers, on a regular basis. Our volunteer educators host our playdates and are there to help with any questions you might have about carriers. We welcome you, and your children of any age, to come get support with your baby carrier or just to connect with other Portland/Vancouver families. Please note that our full library is not available at playdates.

AT PLAYDATES:
- All are Welcome
- Free to attend
- Lending Library Not Available

Additional carriers to try on can be brought upon request, just comment in the event so we know what to bring!

Seafair has hosted Fleet Week on the Seattle waterfront since 1950 in celebration of the men and women who serve our country. This year Seafair, along with the Seattle Navy League and the Port of Seattle, is proud to welcome vessels and personnel from the U.S. Navy, U.S. Coast Guard and Royal Canadian Navy. Come to the Seattle waterfront and Pier 66 on Tuesday, July 31 for a majestic Parade of Ships showcasing these spectacular vessels.

Fleet Week includes the Parade of Ships, where the Fleet makes its entrance into Elliott Bay accompanied by the spray of the Seattle Fire Department boat, and Ship Tours where guests can go aboard Navy and Coast Guard vessels to get a real taste of life at sea. Both events are free and open to the public.

Seafair proudly supports all military services, and is grateful for their service to our country. In appreciation, Seafair offers free admission to all military personnel to Seafair Weekend Hydroplane Race and Air Show on August 3-5, 2018.
