On Saturday August 25th, 2018 from 2:00 - 4:00 pm, come enjoy a workshop with Carol Mason, ERYT. Learn how to prevent and heal shoulder injuries. A regular, targeted asana practice can help to maintain healthy shoulders by bringing awareness to your alignment, strengthening the muscles of the shoulders and opening the chest with your breath. You will examine how to free your shoulder blades for fluidity of movement, how to protect and heal the rotator cuff and how to strengthen the muscles of the shoulder girdle to support yourself in weight bearing postures. The cost is $35 per person - all ages and experience levels are welcome!
