Probably so.\r\nShe worked her life away,\r\nwhen not bearing children,\r\nas a Station Agent/Telegrapher,\r\nfor the Northern Pacific Railroad.\r\nAs a  young boy, I spent time in\r\na small station, that is no longer\r\non the RR tracks but was moved\r\nby my Father to his property,\r\na short distance away.\r\nI recall that the train was used\r\nas a US Mail Carrier.\r\nThe train didn't stop to deliver the \r\nmail but would throw it off, in bags,\r\nto the Station Platform.\r\nPicking up the mail was accomplished\r\nby an arm that had the mail bags,\r\nsuspended, and a hook on the Mail\r\ncar would grab the bag.
