McMenamins Hotels, Pubs & Breweries is committed to the well-being of our community. Our locations are active proponents in their respective communities, striving to keep our neighborhoods vital. Toward that end, we target opportunities that bring our properties, employees and nonprofit organizations together.

In addition to this emphasis on supporting local communities in which McMenamins has a presence, we focus contributions on three key areas: education, human support services and community development.

So on Friends and Family Nights, bring everyone you know out for burgers, beers, wine, cocktails, salads, sandwiches, tater tots, the day's specials and more - because at the end of the night, 50% of the evening's total sales are donated to the beneficiary! The more you order, the more is earned for a good cause!

Bring along your McMenamins Passport! With a minimum $10 purchase you can get the "Attend a Friends & Family Night" Passport experience stamp if you have the Passport Insert.

Now in its 38th year, the festival is the longest running jazz and blues festival west of the Mississippi River. The Festival is a major musical event in the heart of summer for the Portland Metro area, and features the region’s best local jazz and blues musicians. It also fosters cooperation and pride in the north Portland neighborhoods of Cathedral Park and St. Johns, and recognizes and promotes the community’s local businesses.

The Festival begins Friday night with dynamic Blues, R&B, and Soul. Saturday and Sunday will feature multiple styles of Jazz in all their glory (see Performance Schedule). The stage is situated in a natural amphitheater with a backdrop of the beautiful Willamette River to the west and the mighty St Johns Bridge overhead.
